About the Song

I wrote “The Way Back Home” for my big brother Ron.  His son Kevin committed suicide at the age of nineteen. It was devastating to all of us. I never saw Ron so totally broken. Especially when the priest told him that Kevin would never belong in heaven. To write was the only thing I could think of to help.
